  • SPECIAL OWEN MATCHING SET
  • CRAZY GOOD BUCKEYE BURL AND EBONY!
  • Made by the master cuemaker Bob Owen from Wichita Kansas! Bob absolutely killed it with this awesome player & break matching set!
  • Very cool find here……
  • The front & back of each is made with Ebony, the points, boxes & “Slick Handles” are Buckeye Burl!
  • If you have not seen this type of wood up close, you are missing out! Buckeye Burl is amazing!
  • There is a tremendous amount of work involved in these cues! The rings are very special “Chains link” style made from Paua shell A.K.A. “Abalone!”
  • Each has large veneered boxes configured in a special unique design that looks super cool!
  • The veneers are Black/ Blue/ Brown / Natural.
  • Matching JP’s and a neat matching chalk holder are included as an added little bonus!
  • The player was originally built in 2016 then the original owner had Bob build the matching break cue in 2018.
  • Pictures do these beauty’s no justice!
  • Both have the SW style big pin 3/8-11
  • 58″ total length together on each.
  • All the shafts are interchangeable.
  • Player weight- 15.6 oz- Two Maple shafts included.
  • # 1- 29″ 3.6 oz- 13 m. ( Slight taper roll. )
  • # 2- 29″ 3.5 oz- 12.20 m. ( Straight. )
  • Break Cue Butt-16 oz- Shaft- 29″ 3.5 oz-12.9 m.
  • Condition is good overall! Obviously not new but well kept for sure! The shafts can use a little cleaning, the Joint Protectors themselves have some minor marks on them. No dents or dings on either butt! Everything rolls straight as they should! Very well built by one of the best of the best in the industry! Bob Owen has a 2-3 year wait time to have a custom cue built directly.
