Buying a Cue?

Please do not send us any money prior to calling us! Inventory changes daily and we must ensure that the cue of interest is still available. A brief telephone conversation @ 877.800.7665 or a simple email to crossroadcues@gmail.com is all that is needed to start the process.

Shipping – from Crossroad Cues

Most cues will be shipped via UPS 2nd day air, or UPS ground unless discussed otherwise. We also offer USPS shipping. ALL packages will be insured for the full purchase price. ALL packages will require an adult signature upon delivery. No exceptions. Shipping costs are not included in the web pricing.

Most domestic cues can be shipped for less than $50.00. Tracking for all shipping will be provided via email and or text message as soon as your order has processed. All cues will ship the same day of purchase or the next business morning depending on what time of day the order was processed. Weekends and holidays will delay shipping.

International shipping may or may not be available at our discretion. Full value must be declared on the cue for insurance purposes. No exceptions. *ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES WILL REQUIRE PAYMENT BY BANK WIRE. No exceptions.

Shipping – to Crossroad Cues

You are responsible for properly packaging your cue. You must insure your cue for its full value. We do not accept natural materials as receiver into the United States of America. You must state whether there are natural or exotic materials when you trade or sell to us.


To make your purchase convenient, we offer multiple payment methods such as: Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Through our internal invoicing system, we offer debit and most major credit cards. In some cases, we may mandate that your cue purchase is made with a bank certified cashiers check or postal money order. All these payment options are discretionary based upon the purchase price of your cue, shipping location etc. Please contact us to complete your cue order and to determine the most appropriate and convenient payment method.

Layaway/Flexible Payment Plans

At Crossroad Cues, we always try to accommodate our customers with payment plans that are tailor fit for your needs. We have many customers who have purchased their cues through layaway. Our requirements are 20% to 50% down depending on the cost of the cue.

Once your cue is secured with the agreed down payment, your cue will be stored in our climate-controlled environmental room. When your balance is paid-in-full we will ship the same day or next business morning except for holidays or weekends. Crossroad Cues is not a bank. We do not charge interest! We are also willing to give you plenty of time to pay off your cue with ease!

Trade-Ins/WE BUY CUES!!!

We are willing to accept trade-ins and purchase cues from our clients under the following conditions:

All trades and acquisitions will be appraised at fair-market, wholesale value. The seller will be responsible for providing Crossroad Cues with an accurate, and honest description. Please note that we are not expecting perfection. We understand there may be some dents, dings, or scratches. It is vitally important to us to know the true condition of the cue, so that we can determine its value. It is imperative that we know of any lifts, rolls, warps, or any other serious issues. We expect full transparency and disclosure to whether a cue has had any major work done.


Note: When trading or selling to Crossroad Cues we require that you send us your cue with appropriate packaging, insurance, and signature requirement. We will conduct a basic inspection of the cue. Once we determine that the description was accurate, we will contact you to complete the payment to you.

When there is a trade-in involved in purchasing one of our cues, we must first receive the trade-in before the purchased cue will be shipped. No exceptions.


Although most of our inventory belongs to us and is paid for in full, we do occasionally welcome the opportunity to help our clients and friends sell their cues by our consignment program. We require that any consignments are sent to us and remain at our location for us to properly market, advertise, sell, and ship to potential customers. There are no upfront charges or fees for consignments. We will work out a fair percentage and or a predetermined flat rate for our services. Please contact us for details. 100% customer satisfaction is our main priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your cue for any reason at all, please contact us immediately. We will address any concerns and or give you a full refund. No questions asked! You would simply be responsible for properly shipping the return with appropriate packaging, insurance, and signature requirement.


  • For a full return, Crossroad Cues must be notified by phone of any dissatisfaction within 48 hours of the customer receiving the cue.
  • Any brand new cue that is chalked and or played with automatically constitutes a 15% charge off the price of the cue. No exceptions.
