VERY RARE & UNIQUE / CLEAN & STRAIGHT!
- READ CLOSE: Towards the end of the production of the “D series,” McDermott built several cues from the left over parts remaining in the factory……
- What’s interesting about this particular cue is that they constructed it with the butt of a “D 1” and the forearm of a “D 11.” This all took place in or around 1990, making this cue over 30 years old!
- Close to original condition with the exception of the Embossed Croc Leather Wrap that was installed.
- Condition: Very, Very good! Rolls perfectly straight!
- The butt cap at the very bottom has a couple tiny chips and there are a few small scratches just in the clear at the bottom of one of the points. ( Very minor)
- There are zero dents or dings anywhere…….
- The hit is as solid as it gets……. Very enjoyable to shoot with…….. Great Player and an awesome find…..

- The Points look at first glance like Tulipwood but we can’t say for sure…….
A friend that is a Mcdermott collector and a bit of a historian said that he had never seen another exactly like this one so it could be a one of a kind or atleast one of only a hand full ever made…….
This cue brings back some memories from the 1990’s playing pool league and tournaments with Mcdermott’s in their day…..
