This is a 4-Point made with Goncalo Alves in the points and butt sleeve, this particular wood is known to have excellent properties for cue making….. The wood is good for Weight, Density and Tone. We spoke to Michael King who is a very close friend of Mike Johnson and a long term collector of his cues, He shared with us that the Forearm on this cue was made from a Maple turning square that was aged in the shop for over 20 years!
Needless to say this cue plays awesome! It has a very solid and commanding hit with a perfect forward balanced and a ton of punch…….
